THE PROBLEM

At current rates, the global gender pay gap will not be closed for another 216 years. That means it will be 2234 before we reach gender parity on pay! That is too long for us to wait. We have got to do what we can to ensure equality in our time.

THE SOLUTION

We want to develop a project that will help to close the gap. We want to ensure that anyone, whatever their gender, gets the pay they deserve for the work they produce.

We don't have the answer, but we want you to help to develop it! That's why we want to bring people together with a range of skills that can help to share ideas and develop a project to help solve this issue.
