How it works
We're looking for senior leaders - such as Heads of Department, Directors, VPs, or Business Unit Leads - working at companies with over 1,000 employees. They are driving measurable social or environmental impact within their organisation, whether through sustainability, DEI, employee engagement, innovation, or other purpose-driven initiatives.
