Any publicly available information (including the contents of your LinkedIn profile where you have provided us with the necessary contact details)
In some cases, the information we request will be mandatory. Without this information, we will not be able to provide you with the services you have asked for and you will not be able to register with us. Unless we tell you otherwise, information we request is not mandatory but, in some cases, without it the services you receive may be less tailored or relevant to you.
Content uploaded by you
You may choose to upload content to the website, for example a photo or a comment (the “Content”). You agree that you will not upload any content that is offensive, defamatory, misleading, subject to copyright or any other third party right, or otherwise inappropriate. If you upload Content, you grant We Make Change a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, modify, reproduce, publish, broadcast, display and distribute the Content in any format, using any medium, for the purpose of promoting We Make Change, including on the website, on social media, in presentations or other promotional documents, or for any other purpose we consider to be appropriate in our discretion.
We reserve the right to remove any Content for any reason at our sole discretion.

How will We Make Change use the information it collects about me?

Change Day ChangeMaker Feedback Forms: Employee names and roles will be collected on our Change Day feedback form. If the employee voluntarily provides a testimonial we may use this for promotional purposes in connection with their name, subject always to the organisation approving use of such testimonial. No other personal data collected on the feedback form will be used for anything other than internal review and improvement.
The information we collect may be transferred to countries other than where you reside (for example, Airtable stores the data it collects in the United States). We will protect all information we receive in accordance with this policy.
What personal information may be shared with third parties?
Our website and related applications are hosted by Airtable in conjunction with Softr in accordance with their relevant privacy policies accessible on their websites (and linked above).
Your personal information may also be stored and processed by our trusted online marketing services provider, Squarespace. Squarespace will process your data in accordance with their privacy policy (https://www.squarespace.com/privacy) and only for the purposes we’ve authorised.
Any information you enter through our website registration form will also be collected by our website provider, Typeform. Typeform will process your data in accordance with their privacy policy (https://www.typeform.com), and only for the purposes we or you have authorised.
We will also add your personal information to our databases stored on Google Drive. Google will store this data in accordance with the terms of its privacy policy (https://www.google.com/intl/en_US/policies/privacy/#infocollect), and only for the purposes we’ve authorised.
We will share your information where required to do so by applicable law or regulation, or where asked to do so by any governmental body or court order.
We will make Content publicly available (see the Content uploaded by you section for more information).
What are your rights to the personal information we hold?
We will keep all personal information we have about you accurate and up to date. To do this, we rely on you to notify us if your personal details change or if you become aware of any inaccuracies in the personal information we hold about you. We will destroy any inaccurate or out-of-date personal information.
We will retain your information for as long as is strictly necessary for our records and to continue to provide you services that are relevant to you. We will never keep your information longer than is necessary or permissible under applicable laws and regulations.
