Why is making change so gosh-darn hard? 🤯
So you want to order some food, maybe some clothes, book a taxi, perhaps a holiday, or simply watch a movie. What do you do? You open up your laptop and in a few clicks you can get whatever you want. But let’s say you want to make change. What do you do? You probably Google around and get asked to donate money, maybe sign a petition, or perhaps even volunteer where you are. Whatever you search, you’ll probably spend hours trying to find the right opportunity. Why is it so easy to summon sushi, but so hard to combat climate change?
Volunteering is old skool 📼
Everyone has causes they care about, skills they can give, and some time they can spare. Yet volunteering is old skool. Most of the time you have to do it in a particular place, at a specific time, and not using any of your actual skills. While now you may be able to get whatever you want whenever you want, work from anywhere, and have skills more valuable than any monetary donation you could give.

Shouldn’t volunteering be uber easy? Simple answer - yes. But what would that mean? Good question. It would mean having one place you can go to find opportunities that fit your causes, skills and schedule in just a few clicks.
