Consultants volunteer their skills online to support Social Enterprises through year long programme
Leading strategic consulting group, Kinetic Consulting, are enabling their consultants to volunteer their skills online to support promising Social Entrepreneurs throughout 2022. The Kinetic Change Programme will see teams of consultants use their skills to support the growth of Social Enterprises addressing challenges across the world.

A partnership for change
The Kinetic Change Programme is the next stage of Kinetic’s partnership with We Make Change. Formed at the beginning of 2021, the partnership aims to leverage the skills of Kinetic’s consultants to make social impact by supporting We Make Change Social Enterprise Members directly and through their clients.
About the Kinetic Change Programme 2022
The Kinetic Change Programme matches 4 Social Enterprises with teams of Kinetic consultants who have skills they need to grow their impact. The programme kicked off with a Change Day, a 4 hour online volunteering event where the teams will first connect and work with their social entrepreneurs.
The teams of consultants will provide ongoing support to their Social Entrepreneurs throughout the year, with everyone coming together for quarterly check-in calls to show their progress. The programme will end with a Celebration Day, where the consultants and Social Enterprises will showcase the impact they have made.
