The PA Consulting Sustainability Change Day brought together 14 PA Consulting employees to volunteer their skills to supercharge 4 social enterprises supporting people & planet.

This most recent Change Day gave PA Consulting employees the opportunity to volunteer their skills to support impact startups working to make a difference to people and the planet.
The Social Enterprises
The social enterprises they supported were:
keen hub who created an app that lets users borrow reusable cups and bowls for free for up to 10 days and allows them to return them to any partner in the kleen hub network 🇩🇰
One Climate who enable consumers to live a 1.5 degree compatible lifestyle by guiding them towards climate conscious decisions based on science-backed information 🇩🇪
Tailored Food who are a social enterprise consultancy dedicated to building holistic food systems in countries like Liberia, China, the US, and the Congo 🇺🇸
TENERGY who are committed to bridging the logistical and financial barriers that hinder sustainable renewable energy technology adoption 🇲🇼
What Happened
Ahead of the day, the PA Consulting employees were matched with a social enterprise based on the skills the social enterprises needed.
On the day, they got to work! During the 4 hour session, the PA Consulting employees worked to support the social enterprises with what they needed, including business development, marketing, operations and a whole lot more!
At the end of the day, the PA Consulting employees and social enterprises reflected on the session and shared the steps they would take beyond the Change Day to grow the impact of the social enterprises.
