PA Consulting continue to increase employee volunteering through partnership with We Make Change
PA Consulting (PA), the global innovation and transformation consultancy, are enabling their consultants to volunteer their skills remotely to supercharge promising impact entrepreneurs throughout 2023. The PA Consulting Change Days will see teams of consultants use their skills to strategically support social enterprises addressing challenges across the world.
Building on success
Following on from a series of Change Days carried out in 2022, PA Consulting is continuing their partnership with We Make Change, a global volunteering platform that connects remote volunteers with social enterprises. PA Consulting employees will share their knowledge and skills with social enterprises to help drive social change over a series of Change Days throughout 2023. Formed at the beginning of 2022, the partnership aims to leverage the skills of PA Consulting employees to make social impact by supporting social enterprises from the We Make Change community.
PA Consulting employees supercharge social enterprises with their skills
Over 5 Change Days last year, more than 100 employees used their skills and experience to support 23 social enterprises, with many employees continuing to volunteer beyond the day. The Change Days in 2022 were used to support causes such as employability, sustainability and education.
