How Kinetic consultants supported Social Entrepreneurs changing the world during their Change Day
Kinetic Consulting are a leading strategic consulting group. Working globally from their offices in Europe and the Americas, their team of senior business leaders support clients all over the world. Their expertise ranges from strategy development to organisational transformation and capacity building.
The Kinetic Change Day brought together 8 members of their Leadership Team to volunteer their executive coaching skills to support 5 founders of Social Enterprises making change across the world.
THE SOCIAL ENTERPRISES
The Social Enterprises they supported were:
Metta Space who are a Deep Tech, B2B platform on a mission to eradicate sexual harassment from the workplace 🇪🇸
Progress Me who strengthen self-image among young people with eating disorders and the relatives around through our app, community and health care system 🇸🇪
Spher who are building a womxn-empowering community and security application that is set out to create a better and safer tomorrow 🇸🇪
TechInclusionUK who enable children without a device or internet to access technology 🇬🇧
ZNotes who level accessibility to educational resources so students can lead their educational journey 🇬🇧
WHAT HAPPENED
Ahead of the day, the Kinetic team were matched with a Social Enterprise based on the causes they care about and the skills the Social Enterprises needed.
On the day, they got to work! During the 4 hour session, the Kinetic team worked to support the founders of the Social Enterprises with what they needed, including leadership development, team management, financial planning and a whole lot more!
At the end of the day, the Kinetic Team and Social Enterprises presented their work together, including the steps they would take beyond the Change Day to grow the impact of the Social Enterprise.
