Partnerships for Change
We created Change Days as online volunteering events to enable ChangeMakers to volunteer their skills and Social Enterprises to get the skills they need in a fun, meaningful and effective way in just a day.
Our Partnerships Change Day brought together 20 ChangeMakers with skills in Design, Marketing, Research and Writing to support 4 of our Social Enterprise Members.
THE SOCIAL ENTERPRISES
Ence are a Norwegian e-commerce platform where we collect the most ethical and sustainable products for you to buy 🇳🇴
Global Invest Her demystify the funding process for women entrepreneurs, get them investor-ready and connect them to the right funders, to build and grow their companies 🇫🇷
Happy World Foundation connect thousands of school children with global citizens for short video calls to inspire empathy, cross-cultural understanding and global citizenship education 🇺🇸
QS World Merit reward global citizens who contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through their work with communities, local and global 🇬🇧
WHAT HAPPENED
Ahead of the day, the ChangeMakers were matched with a Social Enterprise based on the causes they care about and the skills the Social Enterprises needed.
On the day, they got to work! During the 5 hour session, the ChangeMakers worked in teams to support the Social Enterprises with what they needed, including UI/UX design, graphic design, marketing strategy, copywriting and a whole lot more!
At the end of the day, the ChangeMakers and Social Enterprises presented their work together, including the steps they would take beyond the Change Day to grow the impact of the Social Enterprise.
